My stay was uncomfortable due to false accusations of smoking every time I went outside to smoke I would come back in and security would call up to my room and say that there are complaints that I smell like smoke but clearly if I’m smoking outside and I’m coming into the building that’s what it’s gonna smell like I’ve never smoked in the rooms and I kept getting false accusations that I was doing that and I had a Warning and I didn’t appreciate that because it happened more than it needed to and it only happened every time I went outside and came back in actually coming outside, but overall that made me uncomfortable because I felt like I was being stereotype and they just kept Bothering me after my room was paid in full and also I didn’t appreciate when I got there cause I paid for my stay in full as upon booking there was supposed to be a $250 hold to the card for the room for security if any damages That was not displayed on my receipt and it was not displayed anywhere in the emails to tell me that I’ve also called them a day or two prior just to check to see if the rooms had a bathtub and no one mentioned anything about a security fee more than likely I would never book there again….

This hotel has so much potential Short cuts along the way in some of the Reno’s they did to some of the rooms (Ie our rooms toilet seat could not go up all the way as they built the vanity over top of the back of it lmao when asked about this, apparently this is in several of the rooms . It could make it 45 degrees and then that was it .

The place was dirty, stained walls, curtains, pillows, the bathroom was worn out, rust everywhere, other peoples hair still in the bathroom, was not cleaned properly, carpets were disgusting, furniture wore out and in very poor condition.
