Reading lights by the bed inoperative, plumbing in the was slow to drain . Alarm clock by the bed inoperable. Echoing in the room from doors slamming and folks yelling in the pool/courtyard.

My son and I arrived late at Buffalo after a 7-8 hours drive. We booked a 2-Queen size bedroom. Then we quickly went out for a late meal around the area. We returned back to the hotel around 11:15-11:30pm. All the beds and sheets looked ok, but as I climbed to the bed, the one close to the window. The mattress sank down to the bottom for a body around 160lb person. I quickly chose the other side; it was a little better. Because it midnight 12am, and we were tired; I didn’t want disturb the staff to change the mattress or room. Next morning, I was the first person to enter the bathtub; I discovered there were still few hair from previous guests in the bathtub and soap dish area. Before I booked this hotel, I saw the review was 8.2, and very good, so I booked it. In the morning, we stood in front of the elevator, there was a trash bin, and on top of the trash bin there were full of disgusting fluid on top edge of the trash bins……. The sound of the AC vent was a little noisy, so I had to shut the air vent off in the mid of the night. The bathroom towels were ok, and clean, but this is the first hotel I stay in for many years traveling that I don’t see any laundry bags for guest dirty laundry. The paint of the bathtub was cracking. The bathtub tiles were not fully clean……I was a little disappointed . Hope all the things will improve in the future!

The staff was extraordinarily rude. The chair in my room was broken. The vents were dirty and Two of the lights didn’t work. The breakfast was tasteless uninspired and I found hair multiple times in the food

A man came yelling at my children saying he was the owner and they were on the pool to long and people treated my kids very strange and act like they didn’t want to be in the pool with black children never going here again the man yelled at my kids and followed them to their room

The night we arrived the hotel allowed a cultural event/live concert in their courtyard instead of using one of their empty banquet rooms. All rooms have direct exposure to the noise in the courtyard. The event was incredibly loud and ran past midnight, and prevented my 7 year old from sleeping, and my wife and I could not fall asleep either. The hotel staff sympathised with my complaints, and the complaints several other guests made about this issue, but they did nothing to stop, relocate, or reduce the volume of the event until hours later. I have taken video of this event and this incident as proof, but hotel management would not acknowledge there was an issue or compensate its guests in any way for the inconvenience this has cause. Hotel management was incredibly disrespectful in dismissing these complaints despite their staff acknowledging there was a serious problem. Management wants to pretend it didn't happen so they don't need to be held accountable to their guests complaints. Not even an apology was given, so I have no choice but to write a bad review. If you have children, or if you need to sleep early to catch a morning flight or any other reason, maybe consider another hotel that doesn't disrespect its guests wishes for sound sleep. Aside from the issue above the plumbing in the shower sounded like a jack-hammer was about to explode through the wall. Another issue the staff acknowledged they need to fix but haven't done yet.

From outside and overall condition of facility, seemed like it would be good place. Since late in evening about 9p after long day and drive. Air conditioning controls didn't work, room was freezing all night. Hotel was full, and poorly staffed for the people in morning crush. Supposed to have included breakfast. But easier in line for 25 minutes, and moved only two people forward with about 12 in front of us. Decided, screw it, we'll just get coffee and go. The large conference size coffee pot on table in lobby was empty. Mentioned to desk staff, told they're getting more now. 15 min still no coffee. Just went up to room and finished packing and leaving room. Coffee finally came as we were leaving so about 25 min before coffee arrived! Seemed zero interest in taking care of the customers in a timely fashion. Very inconvenient for us, age nor what we paid for! We not a cheap hotel!

It was noisy the first night, but that was a Saturday and can be expected. Our room was clean and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and the Galleria Mall was 1 minute away. Would stay here again.
