Plastic Cups. Really????
Very good hotel but one big issue I have. There is no glasses in the room. Two very flimsy plastic cups one of which was cracked. Unbelievable in 2024 that this is the case. Also some bottled water in the room has become the norm in any half decent hotel.

Only critique would be that the cover was missing off the key card slot which is a bit unsightly and the cleaners could give a little more in regards to around the outlets and phone very dusty and can see the build up of dust on them other than that the place is lovely

The back of the building where it said was the Welcome Center. The center was not open, and we were told had not been open since Covid. The back door was left open and we saw RATS running under the tables into the corner. I slammed the door shut.

The staff at the reception was outstanding very nice a welcoming. The bars staff was excellent so friendly. The food was lovely in the bar but the brackfast was a bit disappointing. This hotel is spotlessly clean will definitely be back. Very good value for money.

We had dinner there which was served in the bar. The dinner wasn't good the tables weren't wiped and the seats in the bar are stained, VERY dirty. Breakfast was served in the church and was very good. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable .
