Used to be one of my favourite places to stay in Busselton but it Defintely feels like standards have declined in the last couple of years. The room wifi hasn’t been working on the last two visits and the room telephone was also not working on my recent trip. It’s a fabulous location with beautiful grounds but could use some TLC

The foyer, concierge, dining bar and outside areas were clean but the room looked very tired, hadn't been cleaned properly for sometime and outdated. The bathroom looked to have been installed somewhere around 2004 and in need of a makeover.

Property staff was excellent, friendly, courteous and helpful. The proximity to the beach is excellent. Grounds are well kept. Kitchen was equipped quite good. Huge balcony, very nice. Only one negative comment and that is in regards to the floor, mostly carpet. Clean visually, but required us to wear our shoes at all times as within a few minutes bare feet were very dirty. Carpet should not be used in these units. That is the only complaint.

Hotel was just ok for what we needed. It’s quite run down and in need of a good renovation. Service of rooms was pathetic. All we received was clean towels and bed was made. There was no cleaning whatsoever. Had a great beach. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment but noticed there weren’t many lounge chairs around the outdoor pool.

Nothing wrong with the place. Nice, helpful staff. Wonderful to walk out the back straight on to the beach. Rooms somewhat dated and carpet due for a change. Coffee shop downstairs makes good coffee, albeit very expensive. LOTS of parking!
