The property manager was quite rude and not at all helpful. I had booked a ground floor with spa unit as i have some mobility issues due to having a bad knee that is due replacement, on arrival i was told that we had an upstairs unit, i questioned this and said i had booked a ground floor unit and he told me i didnt. After managing to get our stuff up stairs i managed to find my booking confirmation saying i had indeed booked a ground floor unit and went back down to reception to raise this again only to find the office closed as it closes at 4pm (2 to 4pm manned check in). So we made the best of it and enjoyed our unit, all be it with a struggle to get up and down the stairs to go out for a meal.
The next morning, i went down to the office to again speak to the property manager about our booking (we had booked for 2 night's) i showed him my booking confirmation and was completely brushed off. He was quite rude and condescending about it and stated that was only a request not a booking confirmation (not what it said on my paperwork. He basically told me it was tough luck and would just have to deal with it.
As someone who works with a lot of clients with physical limitations i would not recommend this place at all to anyone who has any physical limitations as even if you do book a unit that should be suitable (they have multiple different booking options when making your selection) there is clearly no guarantee that you will get the room you book. Managment dont care.
