This holiday home is in an amazing area where you and your family can play on the beach or go walking, cycling, snorkelling, boating, windsurfing or even fishing on the beach directly in front of the house.
Inside the home, Salty Dayz is filled with natural light and space and has plenty of room for the whole family with an upstairs and downstairs living area. The upstairs living area opens up onto a full-length balcony with stools and a bar top to enjoy the afternoon as the sun sets over Cape Naturaliste. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite and is upstairs facing the ocean. With 2 large windows, you can catch the cooling ocean breezes in summer and wake up to beautiful views. Upstairs there is a second bedroom with a queen bed.
The downstairs level has a large loungeroom with massive TV. There is a separate dining room and spacious kitchen area which is great for group dining and looking after the whole family. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine (BYO favourite pods), fridge/ freezer, second bar fridge, ice maker and all kitchen utensils. On the lower level are bedrooms three and four and one bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed and bedroom four has a double bed with both sharing the second full bathroom with separate toilet.
Out the back there is a spacious covered alfresco and BBQ area, a shed with beach equipment that you are welcome to use, and there is even a fish filleting table with running water and 3 stainless steel sinks & benches if you are lucky enough to catch a few fish for dinner. Returning home from the beach with the kids is a breeze as there is a hot outdoor shower to wash the sand off. The front driveway has dual access and plenty of room to park a large boat or trailer. For the fishermen, Salty Dayz is paradise with a beach boat ramp near the house; and two large marinas within a short 15-20 minute drive. Taps and hoses at the front and rear of the house to clean down your boat and flush your motor.
Security is important, and Salty Dayz has a fully monitored alarm system, smoke detectors, external security cameras and security screens on many doors and windows.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise at all times of the day, especially after the hours of 10pm. Amplified music is not to be heard outside the property at any time of day.
All cars, boats or other vehicles must be parked within the property boundaries at all times. Street parking is not permitted. There is a vacant block next door that is privately owned. Please do not park on this block.
City of Busselton regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
