Lillian at our check-in and check-out was friendly, fun and professional. Our room was beautiful and clean. We had some problems turning on the tv and they had a person up to our room to fix it in 5 minutes. The only thing was we couldn't figure out how to watch a streaming service but there were lots of movies available, which was nice. We will definitely stay here again!!!

The grounds of the property and location were nice, staff very friendly, however it was so extremely noisy up until 2AM in the morning (there was absolutely no way to get away from it), we contacted the management who would do nothing. In the morning we were told we should have called the police (one would assume that was the manager's job as the representative of their guests), or they should have suggested it on one of the many middle of the night calls to the front desk!

Beware!!!! Hotel rooms are infested with Roaches. I notified the front desk staff about this and all they did was upgrade me to a room with more roaches. This is unacceptable and I should receive a full refund for my room. Management needs to rectify this

This was our 4th time. Very convenient to everything on the marina. Did all inclusivefor the first time so didnt eat outside of resort but only had 2 restaurant options as 2 were closed. Would not have done if we knew when booking. Food was good but hindsight there are so many other options around we missed out. Drink selection was limited with only house liquors as an option. Staff was fabulous.

This property is located in the heart of the commercial marina where all the fishing, diving, whale watching, sightseeing, etc. boats are based, cruise ships land here too. It’s surrounded by tons of restaurants, souvenir shops and their related hustlers literally shouting for your business, so location is obnoxious. The property itself is past its prime and not very clean, the food in hotel restaurants is mediocre at best and expensive. The bright spot is the staff is competent, friendly and very nice, most also seemed to speak pretty good English if that’s important to you. We wanted to see downtown Cabo and this is it, but once was enough, we won’t be going back.
