The room was immaculately clean. King bed was very comfortable, 5 pillows and a nice winter weight quilt. In room coffee, fridge, microwave and a full line up of tv channels including Sports Net, on a clear nice size TV. Breakfast was great. Only downfall was that you could hear the ajoining rooms TV's. Easy entrance and exit to the Trans Canada Highway. You need to drive a few minutes to fìnd food.

Room was a comfy size for the two of us. We liked the walk-in shower, with full-size dispensers for Dove shampoo and conditioner. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was next to the gym and unfortunately someone started jogging in there at 6:35 am one morning ... and boy could we hear/feel it! Good location for our purposes (visiting nearby friends and family). The breakfast selection met our needs nicely, we even managed to resist the waffles despite the tantalizing smells.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The bedding was of better quality than I had expected for a low budget hotel. As an older woman traveling alone I felt safe staying here. The staff were very pleasant. I would ask for a room not facing the busy street that runs in front of the property as it was a bit noisy.

This property has been “renovated” but remains quite dated. Carpets in room were quite dirty, and worn, with stains. Beds were comfortable, but didn’t sleep well. Lots of hallway sounds, you hear every person that walks down the hall. Also heard all conversations of room beside. Not very soundproof at all. Staff were great, but this is a very old hotel. Breakfast was quite limited, more so than I have seen at other similar hotels.

The staff are very friendly and helpful here. The rooms are clean and the TV works well with a good variety of channels. Only thing is that the gym could afford to have some dumbbells.
