Check-in was smooth & the front desk staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is clean & modern. The problem we had was with an unbearable, strong odor that we found out was chlorine from the indoor pool. We smelled it when we walked into the lobby, but the smell really assaulted us when we went to the lounge for something to eat (the restaurant was closed). It actually made our eyes water. We asked our waitress what the smell was & she apologetically said it was chlorine from the indoor pool, which was right next to the lounge. When asked if this was unusual, the waitress told us “oh no, it’s always like that.” Needless to say, we didn’t stay in the lounge. Unfortunately, you could smell chlorine any time you entered or exited the hotel through the lobby. We would never go back to this hotel.

Thought it was great. Maybe not convenient if you don’t have your own transport but that was not an issue for us. Great to have the restaurant as well as a seperate bar with dining. The place was immaculate, the staff helpful and friendly.

There was an issue with my credit card and woman at the desk, I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, was amazing and not only kind but incredibly helpful. Absolutely loved staying here. The suite had a steam shower and it was amazing! The hotel is modern and very clean. Rooms are spacious and well lit. Large windows and great service. Rooms are quiet!
