I found all the staff that I dealt with quite pleasant and helpful. Quite a few things were within easy walking distance. The room itself was clean and the little kitchen area was perfect for what we needed. There is a full size stove and dishwasher, an apartment size fridge. Basic cutlery, plates, etc supplied. Just an FYI that if you are there long enough you would need to supply your own paper towel, and things like that. There is a Dollarama about a block south. Very handy for cheaper things if you need. The bed was comfy and my son seemed to find the sofa bed ok. I did find the walls a bit thin. My neighbor was typically on the phone quite early in the mornings and would wake me up. Other than that it was decently quiet given that we were right downtown.

The property is well located for the business area, although there is limited dining options if you want to walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, but showing its age. I would stay there again for business travel given the price, location and the friendly staff.

I liked that we had a fully functional kitchen with plates, cutlery, pots. On the main floor, there were simple foods on sale that you can prepare in the kitchen and frozen pizza. Convenient! Loved the Japanese bidet toilet seat. Heads up that the sofa bed mattress is hard and it could be difficult to sleep on. Overall, great stay.

Great place to stay in Calgary. Their Suit rooms have all amenities like kitchen, stove, microwave and LED TV. Gym is not that good. Staff is great. Overall a great place to stay.
