I was appreciative of the response from the front desk staff when i showed them pictures of the unclean areas of mt room on check in. The person .oved us to a different room without hassle.

The shuttle service was slow, but the front desk staff checking me in were the best of the best, asking me preferences for room location and putting me in a good spot for my preferences. Even 4 Star Hotels rarely put in that effort. Not great area other than for accessing airport.
