I was expecting better food and more amenities. This is a newer facility and it did not meet my expectations. I’m not big on buffets and would like better food options. The pools and rooftops were awesome. I wish there were more shows and fun things to participate in. It’s hard to rate when I’ve been to other resorts that have more. It wasn’t awful, but I doubt we return to this one. Riviera was nicer and felt more refreshing

The property was really nice , the workers were awesome they had great customer service. The resort was fun as well they had games of bingo & rooftop pool partys . I loved that the beach was right there so we could walk out and go to the beach if we wanted to .

Overall, this was a great property. The amenities were great. The food options during the day after breakfast were confusing. You are told it's 24-hour room service but you can't use the app to order. I was told on the last day that you need to call in your order! Please use fewer washcloths in bathrooms and put them in guest rooms where needed or requested. No one I know likes to wash with the same cloth. I'm happy I brought disposable ones with me. The gift shop was not an option because it was closed for renovation. We were not aware of this prior so during hours of food closing when you need a snack, no options were available. Not good.

Great resort. Only complain I have is the pool area closes to early and it’s a bit inconvenient when you have the the premium package for liquor. There is only one bar (VIP Lounge) that serves it. Maybe have every bar have a premium package section.

I had a wonderful vacation at this resort! The staff were fantastic, always friendly and want to help with anything I needed. It made such a difference to know they were around whenever I had questions or requests. My room was comfortable and met all my expectations, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great time and would happily recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!
