This is so clean and room service is perfect! Whatever you ask they provide you with it quickly! The buffet is so good and I like the variety and quality! Staff are nice but not super nice I found out in comparison with the other resorts I went. Some areas they could improve: - There isn’t any snack bar available at VIP, just a bar! - The entertainment was so bad! They should add a game room for sure including pool, ping pong and other games! - The variety of cocktails was not good enough.

The experience was great. Property was beautiful. The negative part of the experience was the "Check-In" The host wasn't very helpful with that process, and a little rude. That should be where the fun and excitement starts. Once we checked in we had to ask a lot of questions about the property. It would have been nice to have someone walk you around the resort, not only when they want to sell you a time share. But after being at a secrets before, i understand why it is you get what you pay for. With that, i still would return and experience that resort in the summer.

The staff was very attentive and very helpful, the resort itself had so many dining options that were so delicious, it was very clean and the surrounding areas were great as well, mostly everything was in walking distance. Loved it here.

Entertainment and food were excellent. Service was amazing. Downside to this resort is the small beach and lack of area to swim in the Caribbean Sea. We also did not love that you couldn’t make reservations at the restaurants. Despite the few short comings, we will definitely come back to celebrate New Year’s at this resort again.

I really dislike writing bad reviews but sadly I have gone to several all inclusive places all around the world and this has been the worst. We paid over $800 per night for and the food was just ok. I feel i would have been better off getting a $200 room and having a budget of $600 for the two of us per day and we would have eaten like kings in mexico. Not only that but we sadly had an emergency and lost our baby. Had to call the doctor at the hotel for help. He was of great help, and got the best service from him. Yet the rest of the hotel seemed they were more worried about their liability issues than trying to make me comfortable after we just had lost our baby. After that everyone knew us by name and tried to attend to all our needs. Most of the staff was really nice and friendly. Yet again we go back to the same issue the food was still just ok. Not worth $600 a day. Not only that but since the moment we got to the hotel we had like 4 people try to upsale us. Keep in mind we had already paid $800 per night. Which thru expedia showed Vip room. Yet in the hotel they didnt give us the VIP service they tried to say that mean we were VIP thru expedia so we had a room upgrade allegedly which all rooms had a water front view. But for the Vip they wanted us to pay an additional $200 a night. For two additional areas. I have paid much less in other hotels in cancun before and have gotten a lot more restaurant options, and way better quality food. Definitely not going back.
