To improve: • For the breakfast sometimes you need to wait in a line to get a table. •Sun beds are not enough and just few sun shadows.. • for kids shows in the evenings, they cancel without informing and they changed the scheduled •the pool area for kids was closed and not opened in the date mentioned on their site Good: • good restaurants for dinner,( you need to make reservations at 8 o’clock in the morning) •good cleaning in the room

This was a beautiful place - really with families in mind. As a couple, the honeymoon suite was incredible with two balconies, one with a jacuzzi. The pools were beautiful and the food was good. We have always stayed at a Palace Resort so we were surprised that there was no liquor in the mini bar and that each room service request cost an additional $5 charge. The floor we were on was in constant construction with wet paint all of the time. A hurricane also hit and flooded the resort- water a foot deep in many places. Restaurants, pools, and even room service was closed for two days besides a portion of one buffet restaurant. This caused long lines sometimes in the rain. But I would go back, especially with children. They had daily “childcare” camps with fun activities while parents could party at the pools! The room cleaning was impeccable.

We had a lot of fun and the staff were amazing. However, there were a lot of things shut down for construction that we weren't able to use. The kids paradise pool shut down our second day there. The main lounge and disco dance area were shut down, and the kids lounge never had anyone there to get the stuff for the pool tables and mini golf. The Mexican restaurant was only open every other night and the French place doesn't allow kids. You had to make a reservation between 8-10am for the other restaurant's and would only let you book for your room. We had our whole family there with multiple rooms, so we could never get a reservation together. With as much as we spent for this vacation, I would have booked else where had I known so many things would be unavailable to us. But back to the good, the kid zone staff were AMAZING! My daughter didn't want to leave because of them. The bar and wait staff were also great, they even caught on to what we like and would have it waiting as we walked up. All in all a good experience.

Hotel is outdated, we stayed in basic room first few nights. Was old and molded in bathroom roof. Moved to honeymoon suite, second day there the floor drain in bathroom backed up and all the filthy water from sewer backed up at 12 midnight with limited people to assist us. Water backed into our closet/ room got all our clothes dirty and not sanitary for our kids. After complaining for over an hour they came To clean but didn’t sanitize. Next day we had to wash our clothes. Which they expected us to pay for. Said water was not dirty so we were expected to pay for it. After showing the pictures they waved the charges. Not to many food options. Very basic food. Would not recommend this place.

The servers, bartenders, and bellboy were great. However, management and front desk lacks communication, and several amenities were not available. The infant water park was under construction, and although daycare was advertised as available for infants, it did not mention that a parent had to be with them. The nightclub was not open, the sushi restaurant operated as a snack bar, and we were never able to make a reservation at the seafood restaurant. I called the front desk to request towels and to have our room cleaned, but no one came. We had to go downstairs to ask for them in person. When we returned to our room, we only found towels on our bed.
