We have stayed in Mexico many times. This resort did not have a filtration system could not drink the water. Also you are required to wear long pants if you are male to visit all of the restaurants except buffet. Good food is half the fun in a vacation. We were unhappy with this because we do not bring long pants for my husband. We changed resorts and things were better

Stayed here for 4 days and was the best vacation we ever had! I barely remember peoples names but due their hospitality and service, I remembered a few! Claudia from front desk greeted us with her wonderful smile and helped us get the best room available. Our ocean view top floor is just breath-taking! (Room 3610) There’s another guy in the front desk who I had a small chat while he was waiting for the bus and he is very friendly and gave us tips on how to go around the hotel zone. Juvenito the bartender from the rooftop bar was very charming and helped us get a nice spot. He does occasionally check on you if your drinks are empty and he will bring a new one to your table. Cesar from Koi oriental restaurant gave us a good laugh as he knows some filipino phrases. Felipe from the Italian restaurant was great as well! I also want to give props to the lady who always make our beds! Love the way you come back to your room and its all nice and clean. No stuff missing! From the bell boy, room service, to whoever we interacted with, it was really an amazing experience. The food on all restaurant was fantastic! One thing I would suggest; the indoor bar should be more lively. People are there to have fun, party, and have a good time! Although there’s a Dj every friday and saturday, but any other day of the week its just a chill spot. Servers are great tho! Again, thank you so much Grand Park Hotel! My husband and I stayed here for 4 days total. Our Butler Yaiahira provided us with amazing service. She really took care of us, and we are absulutely looking forward to coming back in a few months. Jose, who bartendered the adult pool provides exellent service! People who work at the snack bar were amazing too, and I am so greatful for the food accomodations they provided. My husband and I were treated amazing! I highly recommend this hotel as there are many activities throughout the day. I loved working out in their gym too. Has great equipment! Transportation is ver accessible. I highly suggest using the bus to get to the clubs as they will charge you $12 pesos vs $500 from a taxi. Uber is also another option. On another note, I wish room service food options were available from the Asian and other restaurants on site. Other than that. I look forward to coming back to this hotel and continue to have an exellent time!

I have been in other all inclusive venues, and I can tell that the quality of food is outstanding on this hotel, better than other options. The beach is incredible and the bar room near to the Asian restaurant is the best. I highly recommend to book a room with ocean view that is outstanding.

The property was great on a beautiful stretch of the beach. I felt like cleanliness, size and comfort of the rooms was perfect. We had an issue with our ceiling fan not working on the first night we went to the front desk and they took care of it right away. The adult pool area is beautiful. We were there during hurricane Helene on our last night and ended up having our glass patio door break open and our room flooded the staff was great even under the conditions we were in they were doing their best to keep us safe. The only downfall I found was the concierge service our was Jessica who we only had contact with via message and would take hours to respond to our reservation requests. A special thanks to Hanssen who came out in the middle of the storm to help us out with the situation in our room.

The entertainment staff is the best! I love all the games they play around the pool. They did do some on the beach but prefer them at poolside. The waiters are caring and helpful.

Some of the staff was very rude! They do not take discover card! Our room flooded during the hurricane and we had to make a trip down stairs to notify staff. There was no compensation for food or shelter while the storm s was going on and we were trapped in pur rooms. The buffet was open but inconvenient for those who were not housed in the main building!
