Hyatt Ziva for sure is worth the money you pay for. Excellent service (can't emphasize on this enough). Staff gave gone above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They were extremely friendly and polite. Again the only reason I am not giving this property a 5 star is that there are a very handful resorts where are more expensive but are in a better shape but this facility is absolutely worth what you are paying for. Totally recommend it

We requested a quiet room, but we were given a room on the 2nd floor above their dolphins pool and next door to a family with two little children who cried and made noise and cried all night long even though we were assured that they we’re giving us a quiet room. It seems their comprehension of English is not very good. That was the biggest problem we encountered in this resort.

Awesome property. Everyone of the staff we encountered were so friendly, smiled and made eye contact with you! They all made this loving gesture with their right hand over their heart when they saw you! Everyone! The evening shows were totally entertaining. Absolutely awesome resort. Checked all our boxes and made it a great value for the money. Made our first trip to Cancun so memorable and also set a very high bar for our future. Property is kept in perfect condition. Pools are super clean. There are 2 beaches - one that is more private and has awesome views and another has excellent sand and waves. Food is good on an average and the restaurant ambience is exquisite. Room amenities, size and comfortable beds are what you would expect from a 5-star resort. Kids and adults activities all around the day makes the time run through quick. And dolphins are a surprising bonus.. Our room balcony overlooked the dolphin pool (and the ocean).
