The hotel and the people were awesome. The beach was breathe taking. The staff was very nice and inviting. Ourtour guide samuel and ariel was very helpful. We will e coming back to stay in a suite. Thanks so much for the hospitality!!!

The tv on the room never had service reported many times, first 2 days there was only one bath towel per person, hair dryer didnt work, hot water was brown and stinky

Location is convenient as it is walking distance to restaurants and bars. The hotel is extremely worn and outdated. We did not have towels in our room when we arrived, not very many tv channels came through on the tv, and there was a power outage on our last day. I would not stay at this hotel in the future,

Property was very nice and clean. Three minor issues are that breakfast items get restocked slow, we waited for bacon every morning. Also, the safe in our room wasn't working and the bathroom floor around the toilet was always wet as if it was leaking. Other than that it is very beautiful and staff was very nice and accomadating.
