It was a great stay! We were there for 10 days, ate 'off resort' for 2 nights. Food options were good, drinks were decent, room (stayed in 1903) was perfect. Staff was excellent. Overall, for the money spent we were very pleased and would stay here again.

The staff are amazing. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. Excellent food and lots of selection to choose from. Drinks from the bartenders are superb and they make sure you always have a drink in your hand. I would gladly say that we have found our resort whenever we come to Cancun. Worth every penny.

Not Wheelchair Accessible ! Contacted property more than once to make sure that I'll be accommodated with a wheelchair accessible room and bathroom. Was assured that all will be fine. I flew all the way to Mexico and was utterly disappointed to find out that I was lied to. The wheelchair ramps felt like ramps, so if you don't have anyone who is athletic, you won't be able to get around. Also, there is not a single room on this property that has an actual wheelchair accessible room or Bathroom. I was never accommodatednor offered any reimbursement for my inconvenience. Highly disappointed.

Staff was really good and helpful and hotel was kept clean. Food was very good with a decent selectionfor different tastes. The only downside was our room (tower 2) was in need of an overhaul and a bit run down.

Place is a bit worn out but very clean and the staff is amazing !! We would definetely come back, food at the buffet is very good and the rooms have amazing views The property could use an upgrade but they do keep it very clean Very satisfied with the price / amenities ratio.
