This was my first time in Mexico, and i couldnt have asked for more! The rooms were beautiful , the staff was extremely friendly, the buffet was excellent with so much choice to choose from! An incredible adults only hotel with lots of young couples. Would definitely come back here again!

Loved the property and staff. My only dislike were the elevators, this seems to be an ongoing issue at this resort. I would have given this a 5 if this was fixed.

First time in Cancun with my wife and we stew glad we booked at the Royalton Chic. Very clean property. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast, and lunch buffets are very good. Dinner buffet could be better but wouldn’t complain. Restaurants are decent and the beach and pool areas are very nice! Nice location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. And a can’t say enough about the staff. All very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back and will recommend

Food quality and variety is not good. Very few things to eat and food wasn’t served hot in speciality restaurants. Housekeeping was good butler service was good. Check in experience want good had to was it for 1:30 hrs beyond check in time. Jacuzzi availability on board say 7:00 am to 7;30 pm but the employees wouldn’t turn it on.

This was not a 5 star hotel! It was dirty, the food was pretty bad, barely any fruit, no bottled water in room or anywhere unless u have diamond club- and the staff was not friendly. U had to ask for everything!!! Oh and the elevators are horribbleeeeee…barely work and are tiny! Will not be going back or recommending to anyone
