El personal de recepción está mal capacitado, a mi llegada jamás me comentaron que mi habitación tendría 2 camas en vez de 1 como lo solicité al reservar. Fue muuuuuy tardado el proceso de registro al hotel. La habitaciones requieren de mantenimiento y el pecoso de salida también es un tacto engorroso. Más aún no aplican con facilidad el descuento del 20% en bebidas que te ofrecen a la llegada

We loved the property but my only point - make certain before you go to check your room type. We had requested King Bed but we got a Double bed instead. They did move us to the King Bed after the first day but that was the only bummer. Check the room type BEFORE you arrive.

Not what I expected.
I reserved a king bed and got there early to make sure I had the request fulfilled Meanwhile I noticed and confirmed with staff that hotel was only at 30% occupancy so I was sure our request was a certainty but as we checked in we were denied that option. Very disappointed

Stayed here last week. The resort is super clean and well maintained. The buffet definitely could have more options, especially for breakfast. However there are a few restaurants which are good. But make sure to reserve otherwise you won’t be able to get a table same night. Chopstick restaurant was really good!
