Major water leak in room, floors flooded the whole stay. In the last day before checkout they offered to switch the room. Way too late! Food was terrible for all inclusive we still had to eat off the property to enjoy not very vegan friendly

The Pyramid was a waste of money. The property is too big and is really confusing to navigate, we got lost many times. The food is not good, especially the lowest tier options which are just disgusting. The staff, though trying their hardest, was not friendly compared to other resorts I stayed at. The resort itself seems to have an identity crisis - while trying to cater to everyone (families, party goers, couples), it ironically appeals to no one. I felt bad for the people who got the lowest tiered wristband (blue), who tech mm maybenically stay at the Grand Oasis but let's be real it's the same excly property except where your room is. They got access to basically nothing and crappy food. We got the Saint Kaan option and therefore has access to better restaurants and private pools so at least that was redeemable. Long story short, stay somewhere else.

Stayed that this resort 8 years ago and was very excited to return. BIG MISTAKE! The resort grounds were dirty, garbage under chairs (some items were there for days), people allowed to eat their food around the pool and feed the birds. Customers were allowed to bring personal speakers and play their music VERY loud to the point no one can hear each other talk. Rained on and off for two days, during that time the building started to leak in different areas and towels had to be put down along with extra rugs so no one would slip on the tile. Staff was great and really tried to make us feel welcome, you can tell they don't have any help or direction from management. Booked an ocean view room and received a lagoon view. Buffet's rarely change out the variety of food. It is the same every day. Will not go back!

When we first arrived it wasn't a great start. We had been traveling for almost 10 hours. Our check in was at 3pm..they said they couldn't get us a room until 4:30pm. NOT happy! Then 2 days into our vacation the people above us had a party and we couldn't get any sleep. Thanks to the night manager he saved the day. He upgraded our room and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation!

We stayed in the pyramid, my husband and me had our wedding there. It’s not really a family friendly place. They don’t accept kids in a lot of the restaurants also they don’t accept reservations for a lot of people at the restaurants and they can’t put tables together
