Excellent efficiency on the beach
Wonderful location to spend quality time in Cannes away from the hustle and bustle. Bright and clean with comfortable and private outside seating. Well furnished and equipped. Relaxing pools in front of complex. Secure gated access for both cars and pedestrians.

A lovely apartment in a private and very well looked after apartment block. Sandy beach across road.
We visited the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment is modern and well looked after. The design is like a studio apartment. The double bed, living space and kitchen area are all in one room, there are no walls to separate these. The additional sofa bed is a large, modern one. The kitchen area has all you could need on a holiday. The spacious garden terrace is sunny in the mornings and thankfully shady later in the day. The owners were very helpful before we arrived and on our arrival day. The apartment block is private and very well kept. The pool area and gardens were spotless. Across the road is a safe, sandy beach with kiosks to buy ice creams, drinks and snacks etc. The whole area is very clean and beautiful. The apartment is about an hour's walk from Cannes, which felt a long way in the heat, Taxi in to Cannes cost €18. The bus stop is opposite the apartment, but the bus was only once each hour, and was quite often full before it arrived at our stop.... so wouldn't let anymore people on. This also happened with some trains. So we hired a car to get around. Parking was easy to find in all places we went to ....Cannes, Nice, Monaco. There is a handy, free shuttle bus which comes every 15 minutes which goes into the small town/area of Cannes la Bocca. This is handy for getting to the shops for food etc. I would recommend the area. It is clean, quiet, beautiful views, but be aware that a car makes it much easier to get into town.

“Small but perfectly formed and ideally situated”
This is a lovely ground floor apartment in a gated community with private pools. The location is ideally situated opposite the golden, sandy beach of Cannes-la-Bocca and you can catch the bus into Cannes from the stop just over the road (takes approx 10 mins, last bus into Cannes is 1845hrs). The apartment is compact, very neat, and ideal for a couple or a young family. It's blessed with a very pleasant outdoor garden/terrace area that almost doubles the floor space, and has a table, chairs + a small sofa so is ideal for dining al fresco or a relaxing drink after a day at the beach or a night out in Cannes. A BBQ is also available. The kitchen is compact, but very well equipped, with a large fridge, oven, 2 ring hob, coffee machine, and dishwasher. However, our lovely hostess, Sophie, was kind enough to prepare a selection of meals for us during our stay, which were delicious, delivered, and very keenly priced. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The sleeping and living/TV area are perfectly comfortable, and the shower room is tidy, spacious, and perfectly acceptable. There is even a washing machine and ironing board. Storage space for clothes was a little on the short side, but for a stay of about a week we got by. Pretty much everything you would need is in the apartment, which was clean and tastefully decorated in a modern style. Sophie was really helpful with all our questions, even kind enough to lead us to the local Supermarket in her car to ensure we didn’t get lost! Nothing was too much trouble prior to our arrival and throughout out stay. With its prime location close to the lovely beach, we only made it to the pool in the complex once. I would happily stay here again and recommend to friends and family. A little gem...
