Cape Woolamai Escape - perfect for your next family holiday

This large property is within a few minutes walk to both the surf beach and safety beach and is adjacent to the Cape Woolamai Nature Reserve giving you that extra privacy. This superbly designed & furnished contemporary house sleeps 8 comfortably and is ideal for two families. With 3 living areas over 3 levels it means there is lots of room for everyone!

The top level has a master bedroom with walk-in robes, en-suite bathroom with double shower, spacious living area with lounge suite and a 42" plasma tv and access to the balcony. Access front and rear balconies to enjoy a little piece of our beautiful sunshine.

The mid-level which is at street level, features a lovely entrance hall, sitting room, dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, ideal for family get togethers. There is also a large balcony with outdoor setting & gas bbq perfect for that summer cook up. On this level are another 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with 2 x bunks and the main bathroom with spa bath, separate toilet & a powder room.

Reverse cycle cooling & heating on the top 2 levels means you will always feel comfortable and a big range of books, board games & dvds means no-one will be bored.

The lower level has a large rumpus room in the garage and a laundry. Outside there is another patio & outdoor setting, a good-sized backyard and a hot/cold outdoor shower.

Although you are unable to park in the garage, there is parking at the bottom of the driveway and space at the top.

Great modern properties with great ammenities

The property was great, heaps of spaces for people to gather and retreat from. Nice modern home. The only downside to this property is the driveway. It is steep and narrow. Small sedans are ok but SUV will struggle.
