The room was lovely..exactly what i expected however the spa facilities let tje hilton down..the changing room was dirty and the lockers wwre not clean. There was a mother and baby class so it wa a bit crowded. I waited ages for the guy at the desk for a padlock i ended up jist carrying my bag into the spa..which wasnt the best ...the sowers etc were a bit grotty... it definitely needs a refurb

I am a little biased because the Hilton look after me as a regular visitor. They always go above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable. The room is always comfortable and clean. Breakfast is always perfect (the coffee machine even behaved for my last visit). Rachel, is not only great at her job, but she is such an amazing soul. I also really appreciate the security on the door, who make it a safe environment for everyone and he's always so friendly.

The staff was all friendly and would do anything to help. The only down side was that we could hear the noise from outside.

Experience over all was good but the mattress was lumpy, the springs were digging in on one side of the bed. There was no towel rail to dry towels on and the shower head could not be moved up so I couldn’t stand underneath it properly. General condition of the room was ok but showing signs of wear and tare.
