I don’t like how they don’t explain things to guests till after you check in ! They never mentioned that the fridge in the room was an extra cost. Being a guest you’ll think it’s complimentary. After checking out for 3 nights they gave us a fee or 50 saying we open and ate all the thing's in the fridge. It was 2 guest me and my friend, which is crazy. We were barely in the room. They are very hungry and wanted to argue with us about the price instead of satisfying GUEST they argue. Very unprofessional. We almost missed our flight because they wanted to argue and throw a price at us that we WEREN'T going to pay.

All the staff members are great, very friendly and their service is excellent. The access to the beach is not very nice. The floor halls to access the rooms was is bad condition, there was a door with access to a closet or room and it was not finished, giving a bad impression. The room was excellent, good size, good bed and amenities.

No wash cloths, but ample drying bath towels. I was a guest for 10 days and requested a wash cloth sized towel several times, only to receive hand size drying towels. Also, upon arrival, I requested my balcony door lock to be repaired, because it would not lock. It was addressed with maintenance, promptly. But when I asked about a wash towel, the young man at the front desk greeted me with the remark "you again". I was very disappointed. I had planned many months for this trip.

This hotel is beautiful and has great amenities. The only drawback is that it isn’t close to restaurants or shops. But they do have dining options at the hotel and a supermarket close by.

It was the worst experience of choosing this hotel, I’ve been texting with them the day before my trip, they was asking what time I will make it there, when I get there at 10:00 pm, my room wasn’t ready on time and the bed was dirty so they had to changed my room three time until I get something better but small.

Beach resort getaway, restaurant limited

Hotel was very nice. Excellent pools (3) and very close to the beach. Balcony views were great. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options and small variations each day. The restaurant, however, for lunch and dinner was very limited with its option. I did not have a car and did not want to taxi/Uber into town each night so i was stuck eating at the resort restaurant. Restaurant menu is only in Spanish, should be in both Spanish and English (many international travelers). I have basic Spanish skills so i kind of knew what i was ordering, but did not know completely. Staff at resort was very friendly.
