Terrible customer service. We arrived early and check in was at 2pm so they said we could pay or wait. We waited till 130pm and they still refused us the room unless we Paid!! Visited over 60 countries and not one hotel refused room 30 minutes before check in… and they were rude and condescending

The location of the hotel was good. I was there in the winter season so they turn off all air conditioning which is annoying because the rooms get hot and windows don’t open.

The Odyssee Boutique Hotel Casablanca is a splendid hotel where the lobby, bar and waiting areas are very well decorated. The room was quiet and very clean. While in downtown Casablanca, I couldn’t hear a sound from the outside. I would definitely recommend Hotel Odyssee Casablanca; a true gem in the core of Casablanca city.

Room was spacious and I liked the free water, mint tea and cookies. Walkable (for me) to Casa Port, Hassan II Mosque, and Rick’s Cafe. However there was a planned power outage the morning of checkout that they claimed to inform about but I never saw the sign. Luckily I was only on the 2nd floor but staff were not helpful or sympathetic.

Excellent stay! The management and staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. My husband wasn’t feeling well and we extended a day. We were able to stay in the same luxurious room we were given which was perfect for him while I went out and explored.

Very nice hotel for a great price but air conditioning not working and seems like that is a constant issue. Even though it was cool outside, the room was very stuffy and the windows couldn’t open and they could not even provide a fan. Its a decent hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint is that when i shower, as there is no partition, the water will leak out of the toilet into the room everyday. But other than that, its great. Breakfast was decent too.
