Excellent all across the board! The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were fantastic! The amenities were great and there were many details that made it a memorable experience. The food was delicious and the service exceptional. We were upgraded to a comfortable and fabulous suite. We highly recommend this beautiful property that was once a convent.

The receptionists were impressive: welcoming, professional and very helpful. This is our second stay at this hotel and I recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, attractive, convenient and reasonably priced lodging. The decor is fabulous and the staff are extraordinary. I know that we will return on our next trip to Ireland.

Great place to stay, super convenient to walking to everything in Ennis. Bar is a good stop and the breakfast is very good. My only recommendations would be iron and ironing board in the room and coffee maker for us coffeeholics. I will be back, the folks here are so friendly!!

Stayed for one night before flying home from Shannon airport. Check in was probably the quickest and smoothest we have ever experienced in a hotel. The room was well equipped and comfortable. We had a nice comfortable stay with a quite nights sleep.
