From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a delightful and refreshing scent that immediately set the tone for our stay. I stayed in this property several years ago.It felt majestic then but not so now.It looked old.The room was not so bright.It’s dated.I liked the convenience to shopping and food.I felt safe walking around by myself.All the workers were helpful and attentive.The free breakfast was ok.

Conveniently located close to Mall. Very comfortable hotel but sadly lacking a separate bar. There is one in reception area but lacking personality. Good outdoor pool and room very comfortable. Worth booking a Club room if possible as private dining for breakfast and afternoon a definite plus. Wold certainly recommend and stay again when in Cebu

The property is dirty and it smells. The food was horrible and the staff need more hospitality training. Not worth it for a 4 star hotel especially around Cebu business park. The building need to be updated especially their HVAC system, it smells so moldy and wet. Housekeeping staff need to be trained on cleanliness. When we arrived at our rooms (one for my spouse and one for our children), the bedsheets were wet, floors dirty, bidet had feces stain on it. This was unacceptable. We had Manager Hannah moved us to another room, it was better but still not 4 star standards.
