Stay away from this hotel. Their room service, reception, house keeping phone lines are always busy You will have to go to reception physically for every little thing. Despite complaining many times nothing changed. They deliberately leave things like this when they are short on staff. Imagine trying to order room dining at midnight. There are better hotel options around the area. Don’t take this hotel

The hotel staff were all friendly and hospitable. Although we pre-requested a king deluxe room, there was no availability and had to settle for two twin beds. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable. The rooms did feel a bit outdated. The pool was decent sized and the gym was a bit small with lack of sequent equipment. Location was very good, with access to Ayala Mall and plenty of food options and jeepney stops.

The king room was very small A/C didn’t work water was leaking into our room washroom extremely small and dangerous if you try bending poor wifi someone kept entering our room every time we left without consent overpriced for what we got staff was nice however I will never go back there again and suggest that you dont go there either it was my worst week of my entire life as far as accommodation while travelling and i travel a lot and rate our stay at -5 stars

All staff super professional trained food in buffet everyday consistant. Has a great location right across 5 star shopping mall,gaurenteed to come back just to stay in that hotel, love the workers too. Felt like being in hawaii again.

The only problem with our stay was the food warming charge. I have traveled for last 40 years. This is the first hotel that charges the guest to warm up the food brought by the guest. Either the rooms should have a microwave or the food food warming charges should be eliminated for good in this day and age. Very much disappointed after such a pleased experience of stay.
