One of the best hotel in the city
Superb hotel stay, stayed for i must say that their beds is so comfortable, clean, aircon is working well, their breakfast has a wide choice of items. I highly recommend this hotel either you are staying for a long stay, business trip for just to relax in the busy city.

Great Stay
All in all good pleasent stay. Only issue was no smoking rooms even though when booking via Hotels.com App allowed the selection for smoking room. Smoking also not allowed on balcony, had to go to designated point which closes at 10pm. Aside from that, all else was good, definately will plan to stay here again when in Cebu.

Normally this hotel has been good in the past but several times there were no towels available???? Also outside the hotel we were constantly harassed by beggers which is very inconvenient for an up market hotel. Children lying across the sidewalk blocking people's way. The restaurant has become incredibly expensive for guests as well. Can of coke 250 pesos.??? As a guest you would expect discount. Some days toothbrushes not given??? Ive always liked the Quest but i think its slipping now

It was a very nice family atmosphere that made me feel at home immediately. The staff were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very clean and the Breakfast Buffet was amazing. Lot's of choices and the service was amazing.

Staff made our stay worth 10x better. Very friendly, clean and professional environment. Also located in the heart of the city, so it made shopping and all other dining options very easy to get too. They help my grandma getting in and out of the vehicle, even offer to get her to our room. They went above and beyond for us, and made our stay convenient as it can be. I appreciate them so much ! Customer service is also available 24 hrs so they’re their for you no matter what
