Partial ocean view room was disappointing.
This has been a hotel we've wanted to try at Waikiki for a while and the best part about this hotel is the location. It's so convenient to walk out and be on the beach. Food options are also plentiful being in the middle of Waikiki beach. There were so many good things, but the one bad part is the room location. Having booked a partial ocen view, I was very disappointed in the room I was put in because there was not much of the ocean to be seen. I was put on the side of the hotel near the street side so not only was I not able to see much, but I also had the noise from the street. Maybe this is what I get for the price I paid, but I don't know how they called it a "partial ocean view". Unfortunately, I travelled with another family and had joined rooms, so they didn't have anything else available that could work for us.

Excellent hotel on the beach with great history. Great location. Only issue was lack of sun beds around the pool. Watching sunset from the 6th floor balconies was great.

Nice property but the valet service along with the "resort fee" is a joke. Valet service takes at least 25 minutes to bring you your car and they don't have another parking option so you're stuck paying $65 a day!!!!!!

Such a beautiful resort! Loved the location. Walking distance to any food place. On the beach! Close by to pickup points for tours. Best location by far!

Great… but under renovation
It was a beautiful resort but they were doing a renovation so it was really loud all day. Also the balconies are locked in the tower so you don’t get fresh sea air that i was so looking forward to… We were out and about but i felt sad for the families that spent a lot of money to relax by the pool to hear jack hammering all day. Be careful NOT to stay on the street side. Bars are raging until past 1 and you wake to the garbage trucks really early. At first they wouldn’t move us but then they did away from the street and once we moved it was a much better experience. Very convenient to everything. We rented a car from sixt and they were great.

Great room (tower), view of ocean and Diamond Head. Room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping staff were fantastic. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Beach Bar is a favourite spot for a drink and light meal. Bar staff were excellent. Overall great place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and found hotel to be in a convenient locations. Very clean and staff was wonderful. We rented a cabana daily and really enjoyed being near beach and pool.
