Worst hotel we’ve stayed at, especially compared to other beachside resorts costing over $700/night. 1. The number of rooms (776) far exceeds the capacity of the hotel’s amenities, meaning that the mandatory resort charge is a ripoff 2. In order to get two chairs and an umbrella on the beach we would have had to pay an additional $75/day - that is an insult 3. The pools areas are poorly designed. Too much space devoted to vegetation, windy paths, and high priced cabanas, leaving little space for lounging - the result is in spite of this being a massive resort (btw, very difficult to get around in) everyone is cheek-by-jowl on loungers that are zip-tied together! 4. The food in all restaurants is super high priced, matched only by its mediocrity. It was worth going off property for most of out meals. For the price we paid breakfast should have been included. 5. The market store is chronically understaffed judging by the lines in the morning. Asking for a tip for simply having your order rung up is laughable.

Absolutely fabulous. Only negative was the noise/intense vibrations from the music in the suites close to “The Cave”. There was a wedding after party until 1am on a Friday night and we did not sleep until the party ended. Ask to not be located in the Molokini Wing.

The property and staff were great. My only complaint (and i read this on a review before i went) is the quality of breakfast buffet for the quality. Over 200 when you add thebtip for 3 people was a little out of site for the quality

This place is heaven on earth. The resort has so much to do and the grotto was by far our favorite. We loved the cafe that is open 24 hours and can say that we will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze and everyone is so open to helping! I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. We originally did get a room facing the parking lot on the back end of the hotel. The hotel is so large that if you are in these rooms you do feel slightly disconnected from the resort. the hotel staff were so gracious and moved us to a garden view room which was walking distance to all the pools. When i say they are helpful and supportive i truly mean it! This is a true slice of paradise. They offer a complimentary photo option on the property and you can buy your photos after. we took advantage of this offer and loved our photographer Ana. Do yourself a favor and book this resort you will not be disappointed!

Incredible property! EXTREME care is clearly taken of the property, specifically the landscape. Every angle of this place is picture worthy. I spent a decent amount of time walking around just taking pictures of this beautiful place. The staff was very nice, prompt and always helpful. Before our trip we saw some not-so-great reviews but, we had no issues here at all. We were put in a recently renovated room which was nice. The bathroom specifically was very nice. Only one light switch though which I thought was odd? Not really a complaint but at 2am when you have to turn on all those bright lights, it can be a bit much lol. This is a MASSIVE property, and I feel like we were just finally getting the hang of getting around as we were leaving! So do yourself a favor and figure this thing out early lol. Parking is expensive ($65/day) but, again the staff is prompt with getting your vehicle pulled around for you. Meh. You are required to get a new wristband each day, no big issue but you should expect to wait a while at one of the stations that give these out if you don't get down early. Same goes for reserving beach chairs, get down there early as they fill up pretty quick. You can easily get a front row seat on the beach if you get down around 7-730. Can't wait to go back, I loved this place and will remember it forever. 10/10!

The place was very beautiful outdoors, but having never visited before, we were unable to take advantage of all of what the hotel had to offer. For example, although I had tried to find out more about the amenities weeks ahead, I only learned about the free snorkeling and scuba sessions once I arrived at the hotel and when I tried to schedule there were no reservations available. It's as if they mentioned what they have to offer as an afterthought. I also didn't know about the valet parking daily charge. The room itself was nice but nothing out of this world considering the price paid. Plus it also smelled... not freshly cleaned. There were some dubious stains in places in the toilet and bathroom area and an overall musky smell. Their "world renowned" seafood place was mediocre and extremely overpriced. In all, I think we might have found better value elsewhere but lesson learned.

Beautiful resort/grounds. Great and friendly staff. Very relaxing. Only drawback is that it is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.
