Property itself was clean and well maintained, however, on the morning of our checkout, we were inspecting the room a little closer to make sure we didn’t miss anything. When we looked under our beds, we found clothing and a medical bracelet from who I’m assuming was the previous guest. That did concern us to the level of cleaning our room had undergone before we checked in. The water pressure in the bathroom was also VERY low and tight space in the shower. We did bring this up to the employee at check out, but he did not appear concerned or apologetic for the issue of the clothing that we expressed.
Other than that snafoo, the hotel was very walkable, staff were otherwise nice and helpful, and we used valet services for the duration of our stay. Valet was on the slower side in the morning - we would use the QR code to have our car called and ready, but it never was. We always had to find an employee to grab the car for us (again, we were never in a rush to go anywhere but it was not a big issue for us).
I did like that the hotel was not directly on the Waikīkī strip. As a result, it wasn’t too loud at night. A lot of the big name hotels also had employees on strike so it was nice to not have to deal with that.
