Staff were all fantastic! Everything was kept very clean Parking stinks... very tiny spots make it hard to get in and out of vehicles and sometimes there was no parking left in the garage. Also way too expensive to park in the garage.

We loved our stay , minutes to beach, restaurants, and shops . Very well located in Waikiki . Felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Room was clean and enjoyed the very good breakfast choices.

We had a 2-queen ocean view room. It was quite small, but comfortable, and the view was lovely. I have one huge complaint. The charge for parking was $48 and the spaces were sized for compacts only. Our rental was a Kia minivan, and we had a horrible time parking. The driver had to climb o er to the passenger door to be able to get out.

The bathroom needs a circulating vent and it would heat up terribly with the sun beating in, the shade didn’t help. Vey small room for 3 of us. A/C unit compressor gave out, needed replacement. Water pressure very weak. Carpets need cleaning. The view was nice. Yet the elevators were very slow with 1 out of commission for several days. We had to wait too long to get the elevator to stop on our floor when we were trying to leave for airport flight that Friday.

Rooms are the smallest i have ever even. Parking is $50 per day and no guarantee they will have spots. Spaces in parking garage are unbelievably small usually find your self crawling out window to exit vehicle. 4 night stay never did housekeeping make an appearance had to keep getting our own towels. View from 31st floor facing pacific was amazing.

From the time we stepped on their property to the time we left everything was perfect. Okay not perfect. The only thing was the breakfast could have been a Little hot but the staff was very very nice. The property was very very clean and the service was very very good. They did a good job with hospitality as well.

Nice renovated property that’s walkable to retail shops restaurants and the beach. The only thing I didn’t like was sometimes the lack of hot water during prime times during the day to shower.

Un lugar tranquilo con buenas facilidades y una buena atención por parte de su personal. El estacionamiento solo cuenta con varios estacionamientos para vehículos grandes, pero si al llegar no consigues lugar para estacionarte, te brindan la ayuda y la información de otro estacionamiento cercano y accesible. En resumen, lo recomiendo.

Loved it. Will stay again. Made it easy to walk to most things in Waikiki. We didn’t have hot water the first night and were instantly upgraded because we were on our honeymoon. Awesome!
