This property needs a little updating but our room was cleaned everyday, lobby , pool and pool area were always kept up. Staff was very accommodating and kind . Drinks in lobby were always filled and tea was delicious. Snack packs were very thoughtful for the hiking or beach days . We were on the 17th floor and rooms were very spacious . Great view of the mountains and skyline. Could also see ocean from our room. Had a kitchen with everything available to us upon request to make meals . Made our trip very wonderful! It’s close to the beach and shopping . Tons of restaurants nearby also and the international market .

I didn’t like how little the AC actually worked also my coffee maker and microwave didn’t have anywhere to plug it in. While the hotel is very convenient for location wise. It’s not worth the value you are asked to pay.

Lots of roaches everywhere in the room. Molds on wall. Dirty pool to swim. Staff was very nice and friendly for checking in and out of property.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you like to be closer to shopping centers. Had to switch rooms 2 times because the first room wasn’t the one we reserved and 2nd room was infested with cockroaches and the outlets didn’t work as they were loose. The last room we switched to was better though some maintenance should be done like The shower handle for hot kept coming off and the A/C didn’t work as well so the room was hot. Valet parking only and they’re not responsible for any damages on your car. We notice our vehicle had large scratch damage on the sides as being hit against the wall or something. The handle as well. The space is very tight to enter and exit from and since we had a large vehicle we assume they weren’t careful with the sides. Housekeeping was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This property photos are nothing compared to what you see in person. The photos on the web are complete lies must have been taken the first day of opening. For the amount you pay the room should be a little bit more luxury. A lot of of us stayed in different rooms and majority of the rooms had cockroaches. Staff is very friendly probably the only positive thing about our stay. If you don’t mind staying in an ugly room this spot is for you.

Seriously out dated. Mold on ceilings and walls. Paint peeling on walls and shower. Added bonus the shower floor has a paint coating that sticks to your feet as you twist. Everything from chair to curtains had stains. Location was decent and the staff seemed nice and helpful.

Property is in a nice area, right in Downtown Wakiki. Everything you need is at a walking distance including the beach. Hotel itself is quite old, and nasty though. Staff is nice and accommodating.

Gross hotel avoid at all cost. Worse than sleeping on the street. Linen is dirty. The rooms are swarming with insects and roaches. You will regret every penny spent at this hotel.
