Wonderful hotel in Waikiki with plenty of walkable options around hotel to sightsee, shop, or dine. 2 bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We could see the Friday gireworks grom our balcony. The pool area was nice. Elevators were remarkably fast for a high rise.Cons were are very tiny refrigerator in the bar area of room. We would have really liked more room for drinks and snacks. Would recommend

Pretty good in general. It was too noisy in the room . Only two negative point like for me. Between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm it was impossible to stay in the room as it was very noisy. Second point it’s a really high price for parking . For us it wasn't a big problem because we usually left at that time, but for the people who stayed in the rooms it was terrible. However breakfast was great and cocktails also. Room service and support staff is very friendly and so helpful

We like that the hotel is so close to everything. Lots of shops very easy to walk to any place from here . Free breakfast is always good saves you plenty.

Great central location, easy walk to a number of areas. Great dining close by, and a couple of minute walk to the beach. Big rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast included and evening reception was fantastic.

Excellent service from check in to check out! Walking distance to beach, shopping & dining. Very safe area. Vallet parking is pretty pricey at $50/ day but other than that, a wonderful stay. I definitely would stay here again!

Hotel staff, swimming area staff and bartenders were very professional and customer focused. All staff were accommodating with the exception of Timeshare representative. I paid for this vacation as my niece is a single parent, she is unemployed and no income and did not have an income. I told the Timeshare lady at the Hilton more about the Timeshares and my niece is a single mom without an income and is not able to afford a timeshare. The lady kept telling my niece to attend the overview and she would get a $150.00 credit card for just attending. Of course if my niece was paying for her vacation and had a job, I would not have said much about it even though I would not attend. The continued talk ended with my niece going to the Timeshare overview… instead of another family activity. Wasted about half a day that otherwise would have been better time spent. Well as predicted, my niece said she was not interested after multiple people spoke with her. Then, my niece told them that she would have to speak with me because she didn’t have a job. They told her that they were suspending her money on the credit card if they didn’t hear back from her within so many hours. My niece came back to the hotel & ask me to call them because she was told that she would receive the credit card whether she signed up for a timeshare or not.
