Overall a great stay, gorgeous property with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a picturesque view of the ocean! The only negative was parking - but they allowed us to valet when we couldn’t find a spot and then get reimbursed for the extra expense.

The Hyatt was a dream to stay at. Perfect location. Incredible view from floor 26. We could be at the beach from our room in less than 3 minutes. Room was clean and comfy. The service was amazing. We had a problem with our safe and after calling the desk, someone was there to fix it within 5 minutes. Everyone was so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

I stay here everytime I come to Waikiki, and I just recently had my wedding here - which was absolutely beautiful. I love this place. It is the perfect location in Waikiki, has several ABC stores and dining/shopping options on property, the pool area is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and clean with great views. The staff are hands down the best part about this place, I have never had a bad experience. They are so kind and take such good care of you, I just can’t say enough good things about them.
