We had a wonderful room with an incredible view of the ocean. Space was comfortable for a family of 4 (kids 10 and 13). Pool on the roof was very nice. Close to all of the fancy shops if that’s your thing and valet parking was very convenient. Easy walk to multiple beaches with access to all of the beach activities you expect from the area around Waikiki.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Imperial. The rooms are modest but clean and it is a great location. The room is very tight when you have both the wall bed and pull-out couch out. I was expecting that, so it was not a major issue. Overall a great place to stay.

Loved the two hot tubs. Staff was very nice. Richard was very helpful. Great customer service. We loved the Ohia studio. The kitchenette was perfect. Nice to have a full dining area with the kids.

Amazing
Amazing, it's our 3rd stay here in 3 years. That should mean something. All that we like is a short walking distance. Waikiki Beach is 5 min walk. Loved it.

We stayed here for one night at the beginning of our vacation. It had great shopping near by and we could walk wherever we were going. We used the valet parking. Expensive for a hotel, but we’re in Hawaii and the rooms were big. So we felt like it was worth it.

We stayed here for one night so we could be closer to the airport. The hotel was nice. It had a lot of amenities. Pool, gym, restaurant near by, ice. It was a great location. And it was roomy for our family. There was a Murphy bed and pull out couch for the kids and a room for mom and dad. The beds could be more comfortable, but it’s what you’d expect for a hotel. A bit expensive, but hey, it’s Hawaii.

We enjoyed our stay at Imperial. We love the location and the benefits of having your own kitchen and apartment space for a longer stay. The room was clean and having two bathrooms was great. A couple of things to mention were the door shook loudly everytime the neighbours went in and out of their rooms and the neighbours balcony was right next to our bedroom and they woke us up late at night when they were speaking loudly outside. These things aside it was a great place for our Waikiki visit, totally recommend.

The staff were awesome. They went above to make our stay easy and comfortable. They let us checkin early after an international all night flight and I paid for late checkout when we left, we were actually allowed to stay a couple hours later because we were on a red eye the night we left.

Will definitely stay here again!
We had the Palm suite. Not a lot of room if you’re using all the beds, but if you’re in Hawaii, you shouldn’t be in your room much anyways!! Love that there were two bathrooms! Helped a lot with a big family! Staff were ALL kind and friendly especially the valet guys! Every single one of them were professional and kind and FAST! Everything was within walking distance!
