The customer service here was excellent. Staff was great and very friendly. Valet parking was super fast as well. Great location, very walkable. Only downside was that it was super windy and you can hear it all from the outside. Not sure if that’s even the property’s fault.

Great location and staffing.
We have stayed here twice this year already. The location is awesome with views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The in-room coffee and mini fridge are nice amenities. The stocked bathrooms and showers make for less packing of supplies. We also enjoy the suntan lotion available for guests in the lobby. The staff is great and will assist whenever needed. We recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Older hotel but can’t beat the location!
Property is a little rundown, but you can’t beat the location a few steps away from the beach. Great economy hotel and value for the price. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Basic bathroom and amenities.

This is a great location, across from a great beach area. Lots of shopping if you want. Convenient bus transportation nearby. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

I hesitate to write a review - because I hope it isn't sold out next time I want to go. Book here for the view. Be prepared for the sounds of Waikiki below you. Car stereos drive by loud enough to set off parked cars' alarms. Bring noise cancelling headphones if noise bothers you. Views are spectacular. Hotel is the last building across from the beach before the park takes over. Great walking to Monsarrat restaurants and to the Diamond Head Trail. Lulu's has nightly entertainers and bar scene. Japanese restaurant off Lobby is the most authentic you will find. Enjoy. We did.
