WARNING: FRONT DESK IS VERY UNFRIENDLY.
1st Day: While checking in, the women working at the front desk were extremely impolite. They try to rush you when it's your turn. When they asked me to pay for the deposit, they charged me hundreds of dollars without even going over any details of how much of the payment is deposit and how much of it is resort fee. When I asked for some help with the resort, she just gave me a card with a QR code and told me to read it, and started greeting the next person in line when I wasn't even done. I've never been so disrespected at a resort when I'm paying THOUSANDS of dollars to stay there.
2nd Day: I got a call from the front desk at 9AM in the morning. Obviously, my partner and I were sleeping at the time, because we had a 8 hour flight the previous day and wanted to sleep in. 5 minutes later, the obnoxious phone rings again, and I finally picked up to see what the hassle it is about, which turns out it's a "reminder call" to pickup a $5 coupon for the hotel restaurant. I didn't ask for a reminder call to wake me up at 9am in the morning on a vacation to Hawaii which I'm paying over $500 USD a night.
3rd morning: Got our morning interrupted again by house keeping this time. It was 9:30am in the morning. Who knocks for house keeping at that time. like seriously what is wrong with this resort, not allowing their guests to sleep in! We were absolutely outrageous.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE: DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET DISRESPECTED.
