The location of the hotel is fantastic. The lobby, the staff - really great. But the room itself - my feet were black from walking on the carpet barefoot for two hours. The room was just basic. The pool is kind of a joke... the breakfast was good. I wouldn't stay here again though.

Always friendly staff and we love the rooms for our family of 5. Super close to beach and zoo. Our room was quite noisy due to street traffic but we just put on some white noise and that helped. Will for sure stay again.

Hyatt Place was convenient to Queens Beach and a local bus stop that took you to Pearl Harbour. The bed was SO comfortable too! However, the breakfast area was very poor. The area dedicated to the buffett was too small for the number of people it catered for. The too few dining tables were set outside, not under cover, with pigeons and sparrows joining in. It was not a clean environment to eat in. It felt like a school canteen. Not what I would expect from a Hyatt at all!

The staff and service were great. The breakfast buffet had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable. I did wish the air conditioning went cooler but I am Canadian and also prefer to sleep in a cold room and use a comforter. Here i used the bed sheet and sleep well every night. 3 minute walk to the beach and a bunch of restaurants in the area.
