Absolutely brilliant hotel, excellent staff everywhere and very clean. We went half board, food choices were excellent, my family and I loved it and the children want to go back already 😁

This hotel had lots of positives but also a few things that could be improved. Pros - very clean, very closely located to the beach, a decent range of food for breakfast and dinner. Cons - the staff are really not very helpful. I won’t name and shame, but one particular person on the reception barely acknowledged us on arrival, didn’t seem to be expecting us till the evening (despite having booked and organised the taxi for us), could not offer any tourist information (when I asked which beach she would recommend visiting, she simply said that I’ll “work it out”). The pool bar - great staff and friendly, but not much ambience in the evening. A lot of the food from the buffet was not labelled so sometimes it was a guessing game. You also have to pay a deposit for pool towels rather than it being provided (I’ve stayed in 3 star hotels where this wasn’t the case). Overall this hotel was good but not amazing. I can’t fault the cleanliness but the unhelpful staff and poor communication via email prior to the trip isn’t great.

Wir waren das erste mal in Kreta. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist eine schöne Insel. Hotel ist schön, FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet ausreichend. Eine kleine Anmerkung die Beschriftung am Buffet gab es nur alle 2 Tage. Duschvorhang fĂŒr ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel. Hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss leider gab es auf der kleinen Terrasse keine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen aufzuhĂ€ngen. Wir musste es auf ĂŒber die GartenstĂŒhle hĂ€ngen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wĂŒrden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

FrÀscht hotell pÄ lugnt lÀge med stor pool
JÀttefina och rymliga rum. Vi bodde i familjerum. Enda minus Àr lite för hÄrda sÀngar för alla i familjen (smaksak) samt liten dusch med draperi - kommer lÀtt vatten pÄ golvet i trÄngt badrum för fyra personer. LÀget Àr mycket bra. Lugnt och ÀndÄ nÀra till huvudgatan och stranden. DÀr rekommenderar vi att ligga vid Sebastians. Dore har trevlig personal. Fantastisk pool, jÀttestor. Frukost ok men jag hade inte valt halvpension igen för middagsbuffén Àr relativt smaklös. Hade varit bÀttre att rikta in sig pÄ tex tvÄ rÀtter och göra dem bra. Mer smak o krydda behövs. EfterrÀtterna var mÄnga ovh borde varit mycket mindre i storlek. Jag kan tÀnka mig att bo hÀr igen.

Lugnt, rent och frĂ€scht hotell med fin pool. Ok frukost buffĂ©. Provade buffĂ© middag en kvĂ€ll men tyvĂ€rr blir det oftast torrt och överkokt. Men det finns mĂ„nga bra restauranger i nĂ€rheten. Hade rum med seawiew. Vill man sitta pĂ„ balkongen pĂ„ eftermiddagen blir det vĂ€ldigt varmt dĂ„ solen ligger pĂ„ hela eftermiddagen. Sköna sĂ€ngar! Överlag ett trevligt hotell som jag absolut kan tĂ€nka mig att Ă„ka tillbaka till igen. Reste i slutet pĂ„ juni, tvĂ„ vuxna och en 16 Ă„ring.
