Excellent location, easy and short walk to town and quay. Free side street parking if you can find a space.

I was lucky enough to be staying there for work purposes. Beautiful room. Friendly and professional staff. Great dinner and breakfast. Would stay again and would love to take my family.

Lovely old Victorian property in a fantastic location. Admittedly condition a little tired but that’s part of its charm. We had a very warm welcome and pleasantly surprised when we had our room upgraded to a sea view free of charge. The room and bed were very clean and comfy and it had a nice view towards lynmouth. Very convenient location for the shops, eateries and walks. Not much in the way of car parking, but found it very easy to park in a pay and display nearby, then get a 4 day voucher for £15. Unfortunately no bar or food in the hotel, but you can get a very nice breakfast in the greenhouse restaurant across the street. Plenty of places nearby to eat and drink. Had a very pleasant long weekend, didn’t need to use the car at all. Great value for money stay.

when we raised concern over a loud noise coming from a room above ours the staff dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool. Great thermal suite with view over the beach and lovely relaxation terrace. Food was good and there was a games room too which wasn’t well advertised.
