The hotel was fine but the room was just okay. It was clean but had a lot of wear and there was a big gap around the door frame which let in a lot of light and noise from the hallway

We were told it was a pet free facility and it was even on the paperwork we signed. After speaking with another employee they said that was not true and animals were now allowed. This was disappointing as our son has severe dog allergies. The hotel was very nice and had just been remodeled.

This holiday inn could use some updating compared to other holiday inns I’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and everything seemed clean, can’t complain. Not a lot of good food options nearby, unless you like the usually greasy chain restaurants.

Great Staff and clean rooms!
It was great! Staff was very accommodating considering I was booked ahead at Mardi Gra for my moms funeral and had called to let them know I’d be arriving late but did in fact still want my room and when I arrived hours before I had to be at the event they didn’t have my room and there was literally not 10 cars in the whole parking lot and the hateful girl at the desk said the rooms weren’t available or clean until 3!pm even tho I had called and the note was supposed to be in the computer… anyway I re booked by calling and the Holiday Inn was so accommodating when I explained the situation!!
