This completely renovated Lake Wylie home is everything you need for the perfect getaway! Three spacious bedrooms, spa like master, gourmet chefs kitchen with a regular coffee pot and a Keurig (always stocked with coffee, K-Cups, & creamer), Smart TV's throughout the home for streaming your favorite shows including on the back deck overlooking the water. Room to roam on nearly an acre of land with charming front porch, lake side entertaining areas and more! Take a dive off the deep water dock or rent a boat to complete your trip! Yard is completely fenced to keep the kiddos in. Deep channel lake views year round. Enjoy the peace and quiet or tear up the lake with some water sports. What more could you ask for? Pack N Play and high chair available on request and must be made in advance a week prior to check in (based on availability)

Guests have access to the entire property other than the small garage underneath. Owners boat is at times tied up at the dock so they may pass by from time to time, but will always give notice.

We are only a short drive away or available by text message if you need anything.

One of the best locations on Lake Wylie just minutes to uptown, the airport, Belmont and dozens of shops, bars and restaurants. Lake Wylie is a special place. Laid back lazy days sunbathing or reading a book or fishing or boating are great ways to pass the time. Lake Wylie stretches across North and South Carolina. The lake has a surface area of 13,400 acres and features 325 miles of shore line.

Uber or Lyft is a good option if you do not have your own vehicle. Airport is 10 min from our home.

Owners boat is sometimes docked at the home and is off limits to guests. Please do not sit on the boat or board the vessel. Garage is owner space as well. Plenty of parking, but the driveway is steep and winding, please take extra care when maneuvering vehicles.

SAFETY DEVICES: 
Exterior security cameras present: We have one camera at the front porch, one at the driveway, one at the front yard, and one at the trash bin area. These will be on during your stay and are for your safety and ours.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability.

Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.*
