The property is beautifully maintained and was decorated so nice for Christmas, the lights outside were just beautiful. Inside was wonderful, Santa and the elves were great. The waterpark was great. The staff was great. The only gripe I have was it was very noisy after 10 PM, the quiet hours start at 10 PM and at 10:15 till about midnight it was slamming doors, kids running down the halls, loud Parents, talking, banging on doors when kids probably couldn’t get back in the room, I did contact the front desk and they did say they sent security down to check it out, but they have multiple noise complaints that night and we’re checking on a few different ones. So my kids and I didn’t get much sleep, but besides that it was great.

Everything about the facility was perfect except their terrible check-in management. It took us from 6 to 7:30pm to get our room ready so the kids missed the first day water park. They didn’t even give us the wristband so kids could use the facilities while they were working on preparing the room! It’s the second time in 2024 that we are coming here and the previous time also we had a terrible check in experience! Last time they didn’t have the fifth person on my reservation when they had already charged me for an extra person!
