overall experience was really amazing just couple of things that were I really cumbersome were the fact that you have to walk all the way from parking to other end of the property which takes you around 10 minutes to walk so you can check in and then come back take a 5-minute walk to the adults only tower which is really exhausting when you have traveled so much already and also the hotel service was slow, we requested for robes but they never arrived at all.

I found it confusing to get to the reception area and then to the tower. Found it was a far walk to get back to the parking garage as well

Perfect Birthday Celly
Booked 1 night to celebrate our (1 day apart) birthdays. Check in was simple. My only issue is that the check in desk is inconveniently located on the otherside of the building from the parking and you have to trudge through the casino, bags and all. We then had to trudge back through the casino to get to our tower. The room had a river view was clean and very comfy. Dinner at Nero's. We were given a seat at the window overlooking the river. Meal was lovely. Our server Deborah was great. A little romp around the casino finished the stay. Would do it again, in a heart beat!

Parking for hotel wasn’t well marked…only for casino…first time there…it would have been helpful to have directions with confirmation as to WHERE we were parking & WHERE to go to check in. Signage is cheap & easy, even easier would be to have thorough instructions provided in description BEFORE guests arrive. We had to call to find out if we were parking in the right place. Lack of communication is costly!
