The wine glasses in our room were filthy the sheet on the queen bed was too small and thus very uncomfortable sleep the young lady who checked us in was a far cry from friendly

First impressions of the hotel were good and I was welcomed by Mai. The room was clean & the aircon cool. But the real bonus was the t-bone! Shout out to the kitchen. I'd recommend the Club hotel if you're looking for a place to stay in Glady.

Even though I showed confirmation from Wotif that changes on my booking date, receptionist still demands double charges. Under both beds is a piled of dust, and a stench from the shower drain.

Very clean, well stocked, dining till 8.30pm. Breakfast included. Nice hot shower. Helpful, friendly staff. The adjoining room and the train station across the road were noisy in the night. It’s what it is. But it’s excellent value for the fee.

Great location in Gladstone, housekeeping could do with a refresher course in some area’s, just a few things to pick about. didn’t get into our room until after 2.30 pm. Would be Happy to book again and stay.
