I didn't get to go was not allowed to enter canada!! I tried to connect with the hotel and there answering machine said they not available till morning of September 14 i tried at 10pm September 13 2024 to let the hotel know i could not make it!

Everything was good except the fact that they charge $50 per day to park even if you are staying on the property. Pricing is not good for parking. Felt slightly robbed in that aspect since I really had no choice cause I was staying there.

Beautiful location by the falls BUT misleading when it says "river view". If you aren't up high enough, you just see trees. Also, there was a bad smell; however, they did move us to another hotel but forgot to transfer BOTH nights so it was a hassle

Check-in process was terrible, took more than 40 minutes in line. The employees were awfully slow, they worked for 5 minutes and left for coffee, ignoring very long queue of unhappy customers. Only one employee at a time was working, others just coming and leaving. Did the management see all this? It seems they don't worry about the reputation of the hotel and about the Canadian hospitality image in general. The room was good in general, but the bathroom didn't seem clean and the light there was blinking all the time.
