Location & View is GREAT - However, the issues we had with the hotel were: The Hotel booked another family to our room, activated keys, and the family actually ENTERED our room - Luckily, we were there (well, I say luckily but thank goodness nobody (or child) was not properly dressed, etc.) We got argued with for a little bit and when I notified the front desk of our concern, there was very little done. If we would have been gone - all of our belongings were in the room, etc. It could have been WAYY worse! We went for a walk, came back to our room to find that we were LOCKED OUT - due to their mistake, they deactivated our room keys with no knowledge and not one person communicated with us as to what was going on. After asking for a manager, we still did not get much courtesy. They simply just said "sorry" once more and gave us new room keys. Considering valet parking to be $65.00 per DAY - it would have been nice to have that comped as a courtesy for all of the worrisome happenings. NOPE- NO offer to justify or extend a courtesy in any direction. Considering our room to have been mixed with another, come Sunday morning at 6:00 am when everyone was asleep - we had our room phone ringing off the hook with some kind of "wake up call" - after two calls back to back we picked up and simply mentioned they had the wrong room and that we were still sleeping - we received (2) more calls!! Great Location - Needs Customer Service Training!

Highly recommend but pay attention to upcharging.
My stay was great with the exception of a couple of things. Check in staff and check out staff are just unfriendly people. Also, I was quoted $65 for valet parking but I was charged $79.23 per day. That is super disappointing. Last but not least, our first day of breakfast, not one person came to our table to bring coffee until we were ready to leave. At that time a man hounded me to circle him a minimum $9 tip. Absolutely not. We literally received no service at all, except for a late carafe of coffee. And why would they get tipped unless they give us a great seat with a great view anyway? I am literally serving myself. The bellhops were fabulous, valet guys were great and the elevator lady was wonderful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and loved it.

I didn’t get the Falls view and that’s what I paid for. They didn’t have heat in the room and when I approached the receptionist, she said all the folds view rooms run out as first come first serve so why did you charge me for if I’m not gonna get it?

Location is unbeatable if you want to be near the falla and clifton hill but service, appearance, beds were all lackluster also a lot of hidden fees so buyer beware
