Not living up to its standards

Our first room had no AC. We were told to wait for maintenance. I said no we want a new room that it was hot. We were givin another room the bathtub was old and paint was chipping off. She loves taking baths would not in that tub. This hotel is rated high I would give it a 3 star rating.

Bathroom was not great with visible dirt on the shower support for shampoo. There was a leak on the coffee machine in the room. I reported and was told it was going to be replaced. It never happened. The location is great with easy access to most attractions.

This is a very busy hotel, the lobby is constantly crowded with people. Location is in downtown Toronto, walkable to shopping & dinning options. As for amenities, the safe box wasn’t working in the room and I would have expected a use of a microwave somewhere in the hotel for such a big hotel as this.

Family trip

Front desk staff was very accommodating, we had to extend our stay and they let us stay in the same rooms, on a new reservation( we have a nephew who is highly autistic and doesn’t like change) and we had ALOT of extra luggage due to over shopping. Which made it easier for us. Cleaning staff was top notch, always asking us if we needed anything extra done to our rooms. Highly recommended!
