The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM.
This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

Renovations and closures

Very convenient location, rooms are comfortable and it’s nice having the little store/cafeteria in the hotel as well as te restaurant. Neighbourhood is super walkable. We have stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Things we didn’t like… no ability to control the heat or air conditioner from the room, all centrally controlled, no cups except coffee cups in the room and the biggest is the wait at the desk to check in is always so long. I recommend checking in really early or really late… Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here.

We picked this hotel for two reasons. One being the shuttle service that the bus comes to but when we checked in the front desk clerk said no shuttle service. Until we asked the other desk attended the next day, we found out about th tour to niagra but missed the site seeing option. We also picked this hotel for the pool for our son. The slide was open one time for an hour.

Our stay was amazing,a few down fall's,would be nice to hava a drink on the upper outside terrace and our bathroom toilet ran for a minute after flushing which was annoying,always better shower head's would be a huge bonus..Staff was absolutely amazing,very busy hotel,but understandable with the location...

Kids loved the 2nd floor with the games room and pool with slide. Adults took advantage of the pool and gym on the 26th floor. Breakfast was great although a bit more expensive than I hoped.
