The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM.
This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

Renovations and closures

The hotel is giant and right in the middle of the Yonge Street area. Excellent location if that's where you plan to be. I found the room was OK. Lobby felt very busy all the time. Maybe a little tired but overall no major issues.

Totally satisfactory overnight stay

Good gym with a great rooftop view of the city. The Will Street bar and lounge was a great hang. I was there for the film fest and the location was convenient for that as well.

Someone pooped in toilet before I went in room and they forgot to flush. Staff at reception had an attitude and did not smile at check-in. They were nice at checkout though. Poopy hotel (literally).
