Great hotel for getting around the city, good central position. Check in was easy and staff were excellent and knowledgeable. The rooms had everything you needed. Fridge, coffee making facilities, good bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable beds .

I really didn't like that I was overcharged for an early check-in. Normally we stay Holiday Inn express and they never charged for an early check-in

I requested a late check in because of travel. When I got there I was told the Queen room I paid for is not available. That I can have a room with a pull out sofa bed. Of course I refused. I was instead given a 2 double bed room. The room was made up but dirty. The hand towels and the bed had blood marks. I also could not reach front desk on the phone. Overall. 3/10

We were woken up each morning at 6am by construction right outside our window. Our son wanted a burger we asked for a recommendation and the place he sent us was permanently closed down so they could use a bit of boning up on their knowledge
