The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM.
This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

Contactless failure.

Tried to use the contactless, self check-in kiosks. The system was glitchy and problematic. So i had to wait in line with a dozen other customers and wait for the front desk staff to check me in.

Loved our entire stay. Two things would like different. A regular coffee station instead of espresso machine (not every one likes espresso) and plastic glasses. Only cardboard coffee cups are offered and they turn soft when you add ice cubes to enjoy a drink. Really need to offer these two things and it would be perfect.

The hotel was in a good location but I expected a bit more for the price. The bathroom was so small the door scrapped the toilet and didn't close properly. The shower pressure was extremely low and the head kept turning to face the wall. The temperature also violently changed from ice cold to hot no matter how it was adjusted or the time of day. The toilet flushed so violently you could hear everyone on that floor flushing and it sprayed water everywhere. The sink was cracked and dirty. The hair dryer was also broken. When we first entered, the bathroom floor was covered in mud, the carpet was filthy and the bed was covered in pen ink. There also wasn't a duvet cover just a duvet shoved between two sheets. For a two person queen bed, there was only three pillows and they were so soft and empty they might as well have been another sheet. The hotel restaurant was extremely expensive and the food was absolutely terrible. I had the gnocchi and it was so soaked in oil it disintegrated into a paste. I really enjoyed that they had a kettle instead of a Keurig so I could make tea and it didn't taste like coffee. There was also a fridge which was fantastic. The check in and out was super fast since you could use a kiosk instead of waiting at reception.

I really like the small balconies attached to the rooms. It was very nice to be able to get some fresh air into the room. Nice view and check in was easy with very kind staff, and checkout was even quicker with the selfserve terminals in the lobby. Theres also an adults only pool that we never got to but is a major plus for next time! Definitely want to come back here on my next trip!

The hotel is very busy, and check-in took approximately 15 minutes. Signage/branding throughout the property is outdated, and the hallways appear worn. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproof, and the elevators are noticeably old. The mattress in my room was in very poor condition, sagging in the middle and uncomfortable to sleep on. I raised my concerns with the hotel and requested a partial refund, but they were unable to accommodate since the booking was made through Expedia. The toiletries provided, particularly the shampoo, seemed diluted. On a positive note, the location is very central and convenient for accessing the city.

The hotel is wonderful! The room was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good! The staff was very accommodating and I liked that there was a little coffee counter and a lounge in the hotel. I was told however that one of the doors was locked from the outside to come in due to the area. I would recommend for the price.
