Room was smaller than expected but did the job, bathroom is too small for my liking. Family pool/hot tub was excellent with complimentary towels. No lifeguard on location, therefore, water slide was not open.

Personal service makes all the difference

We had a very rough time checking in, and the original room we got was not what we had selected. But the manager, Raj, personally saw to it that we got a great room for our family and were able to park on site free of charge. The room and the hotel are spacious and clean, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do in the city.
