Love this place!

Check-in was quick; staff super kind; accommodated parking for an oversize vehicle ($50 a night) restaurant on site but also a cafeteria style restaurant if you want something quick ans easy. Room was great and clean! Easy to walk around and see lots of sites. About a 20 minute walk to the Scotia Bank arena.

Our family had a great stay in Toronto at the Chelsea Hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were easy even with the amount of people staying at the hotel and our requests for anything we needed was handled quickly. The location is close to shopping and multiple dining options. Our kids loved the waterslide at the pool also!

Our Toronto home away from home.

This was our 2nd time time staying at the chelsea and we love it. Staff is great. Location is central to down town Toronto, close to great restaurants, metro subway train and other great land marks Toronto has. Me and my wife enjoy the GYM and the 27th floor pool. I highly recommend this hotel.
