The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM.
This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

Lovely stay and met all expectations. The only concerning thing was a constant leak from the shower in our room (2359). A few tight twists and we could get it to stop but might need to look at maintenance for that room!

Nous avons moins aimé la confusion et la désorganisation des forfaits inclut et non inclut lors de la réservation. Le service au front desk était très bien mais moins aux piscines. Nous n’avions pas été aviser à la réservation que la piscine pour enfant serait en rénovation. Aucune borne de recharge pour les voitures électriques (autre que Tesla)

This hotel is very family-friendly, from the children’s activity areas in the basement to the adults only gym and pool area on the top floor. It’s close to food and shopping and transportation to the ROM or Aquarium.

The overall stay was great super central location and good for anyone wanting to be close to the Easton Centre. Staff was nice and provide a quick and easy check in. That being said, I noticed weird stains all over the room on the counter and in the bathroom. The pillows were stain which is just gross but overall feels like maybe they just needed to clean better. I recommend staying here if you’re looking for something affordable in the city.
