The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM.
This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

When I arrived I pulled in to the entrance to arrange valet parking because I was having a medical procedure the next day. But I was told that they didn't offer that service anymore. JJ was the staff member who I spoke to and he helped me by letting me park so I could check in. He also helped unload my car and while I parked my car he took my luggage to my room. He was such a great help and he couldn't have been any kinder or more understanding. The next morning I needed something from my car, and when I went to find it I couldn't find my car. I checked every floor of the parking lot and I was getting stressed out because I had to get ready. I decided to go to the concierge desk and they were so nice. They called one of the security staff over and I explained the situation. Aqib the Security officer was a lifesaver. He found my car and parked it on the main level for me. JJ and Aqib really went way above and beyond anything I could have expected. They gave me 5 star treatment and I am grateful for their help.

CHECK-IN WAS CONFUSING. 6 LADIES IN 2 ROOMS, BUT I COULDN'T ADD THEIR NAMES. NO-ONE EXPLAINED THE BREAKFAST RULES WHICH WEREN'T STRAIGHTFORWARD. SIGN FOR FULL-PRICE BREAKFAST WITH ROOM NUMBER, BUT IF YOU PUT TOO MANY NAMES ON 1 ROOM AND NOT ENOUGH ON THE OTHER ROOM, THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ADJUST AND CREDIT YOU FOR YOUR PRE-PAID BREAKFAST -HUH??? ASKED FOR WINE GLASSES - TOLD TO CALL ROOM SERVICE AND THEY'D SEND UP. CALLED ROOM SERVICE - TOLD "NO ROOM SERVICE" CAME BACK DOWN TO RESTAURANT AND STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL.

Wonderful staff, excellent location , Well- run hotel in the middle of Toronto. Amidst the baseball World Series business this hotel is running smoothly and my room was quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

not disability friendly. Confusing. Not enough signage. Staff aren't friendly which means they aren't being treated well and or paid enough. Restaurant staff was impatient and annoyed with my request and didn't tell me about the food in the market area. Signs in the market area are not clear enough. Glasses should be beside the juice. The flow doesn't make sense. The plates aren't visible. You don't know where to start.
