The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM.
This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

The pool and hot tub facilities were excellent. I also appreciated being upgraded from a room with a kitchenette to a one-bedroom suite upon arrival. And my view of downtown Toronto from my balcony was fabulous.

The hotel had a 150 dollar hold on my account. I was not told at all during this reservation until after. I was a little bothered until the GM was kind enough to explain to me the hold policy. Besides that issue the hotle has a great location and nice ameneties.

Everything was very nice! Can’t say anything about the food because I never had the breakfast, but the rooms are clean, staff are nice/helpful, hotel is close to big areas like the Eaton centre, etc. Only places it isn’t super close to are the Roger’s centre/Ripley’s aquarium, but an Uber was like $9 which is relatively cheap especially for the area! Expected the indoor pool for be a little bigger based off of the images online, but it was still an alright size, not a big complaint of mine. Overall a very good experience :) Came here for an anniversary weekend and it was very much worth the money spent.

The adults only pool had kids in it after 10pm, the pool and hot tub didn’t look clean, the showers in the pool area smelled like mildew and mold. In our room the bed felt broken or like it was leaning, and some areas of the bathroom had significant dust and soap scum. It overall felt very budget and felt like nothing was as nice as advertised. I hope there’s a large renovation in their future.

I was accommodated as the 1st room assignment was not ready from housekeeping. I was on a high floor which was nice. Overall it was a good stay for what I was doing and for how long I was staying. Construction on the building across the way starts very early - before sunrise but was tolerable. The lobby is crowded and busy a lot so no issues with safety later at night. I wish there was a designated area for smoking so as soon as you walked outside you were not walking in to a cloud of smoke.
