Great spot downtown

Love staying at the Chelsea whenever we're in Toronto. It's a great hotel, with friendly staff. 5 minute walk to the subway, or to the Eaton Centre, with a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Added discounts on visits to the ROM and Ripley's Aquarium as a hotel guest. The only negative that I experienced on this trip was an issue with the laundry facilities. One of our washers didn't drain properly, which ended up causing us to lose about three hours of one of our days trying to get our clothes properly washed/dried after the issue. Hotel was good about it though, acknowledging the issue and even refunding some of the extra money we spent getting through it. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking to stay downtown.

Location is great. Easily walkable to shopping and eating. Front desk is very busy. Long line ups. It can take a long time just to ask a couple questions. Condition of the room is a bit aged. Room is clean. Gym has age limit of 18+, that’s inconvenient for family with teenagers.

I really liked that there were 4 different doors to enter/exit from going to 4 different streets. The pillows were awful! 2 paper thin pillows don't cut it, my neck is paying for it still.
