The room was in acceptable condition. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean and inviting. It was your basic room, conducive to a decent night’s sleep. More stars would have been given if I could have reached the toilet paper without inducing back spasms and if the tub‘s enamel breakage wasn’t quite so tactile under foot. Would I return? Yes, I would.

Rooms were cleaned on time and amenities were plenty and were provided for promptly if not in the room already. I had a pleasant stay for a conference in the hotel, which made it very conveninet. Staff were very polite.

The chelsea hotel is really nice! An old, and massive hotel right downtown. The pool/gym area is great, I recommend checking it out when you stay here

This hotels has the best counter staff, nothing is a bother and always ready to accommodate and help in any way. This was our second year at this location for our mother daughter annual Toronto shopping weekend and certainly with no be the last, we are confirmed Chelsea Hotel fans!

The room was very clean. Hopefully the toilet will be replaced. It’s lowest one I have ever seen. As a senior, I found it was long way down to sit and I had to use the sink counter to pull myself up.
