The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM.
This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

Our overall stay was good, the concierges were fantastic! Front desk staff were a little snarky. I would have given an excellent review but the maintenance person came to plunge our toilet, said it was fine, then shortly after that it overflowed and started flooding our room. Not impressed at all. I was very impressed with the cleaning staff dealing with the clean up from the flooding though. Our room cleaner was great but the other one cleaning rooms was rude. I just wished after all the extreme stress from the flooding, that management would have offered a free restaurant meal or something similar. Overall though I would recommend the property and we were satisfied with our stay.

Area around hotel felt unsafe. Lots of homelessness. Sheets and pillow were extremely low grade. Hard to sleep as they were minimal and uncomfortable. It was a very busy hotel and seemed like the hotel all the airline staff stay at. Overall just felt congested and unsafe.

The hotel was fine, though lay out was a bit confusing. Disappointing that the outdoor patio on the upper floor didn't allow food or drinks. There was staff in the downstairs food bar area who was both rude and didn't leave notes for the manager or reach out to them as she claimed she would, which caused some delays. Need to chase the hotel for room charge receipts, which is frustrating for a business stay.
