Good location. Friendly service staff. Free water bottles were very nice. The rooms were kind of small and cramped. The bathroom was on the smaller side. The temperature of the room would reset every night so I wished I brought more layers to sleep in.

We stayed over the Taylor Swift Era's Tour. Hotels were outrageously priced at the time so my review is jaded by overpyaying. It was very clean, people at the property are very nice, but the rooms are TINY and the location doesn't have a great deal around. It has a convenient subway and street car basically next door, but you have to use it to do much of anything. There is a Loblaws Grocery on the corner with great hot food to go but nothing that is going to make you feel like you explored Toronto close by.

Terrible Service
Do not book here if you don’t want to be double charged. I would give service zero stars if i could. I booked this hotel 5 months in advance and was told when we got there they couldn’t find our reservation. We got there at midnight and they finally found us two separate rooms (we were originally booked for one so we could all be together) at around 2am. The first man trying to find our reservation was at least nice about it and I could tell he was trying to do what he could which is appreciated. The second guy who checked us out was not nice or helpful at ALL. In fact, he was quite condescending. He told my fiancé that we had to pay an extra person fee for our rooms because our original reservation had more than 2 people in a room. I had already paid this charge and have it on my original receipt which we showed him. After an exhausting experience trying to get him to take the charge off he finally complied but said he told my fiancé he “needed to check with the first guy to make sure we only had 4 people” and if we had more he was going to put the charge back on. I then went up to make sure there was no way this charge was going to get put back on because we already paid this once and the whole time he just kept condescendingly saying “if you didn’t have more than 4 people then why are you worrying”, as if i was lying to him. He was all around rude and we ended up having to call around to make sure we weren’t going to be charged again because this guy was of no help.
