Comfortable room that looked clean. Breakfast was okay, not the best. Check out at 12 was smooth, and deposit dor incidentals was refunded quickly. I will return.

Microwave and refrigerator the room. Didn’t like the thermostat and/or the air conditioner/heater. Would have preferred to have a handicap-accessible room, because using a walker, but there was not an option for that when making a reservation. Liked the extra furniture in the room. Toilet could have been higher (difficult to access when using a walker.

My boyfriend and I arrived very late after experiencing a flight diversion to a nearby airport and driving from Greensboro airport. After making the drive to Charlotte, we learned our Charlotte connection was bumped to early the next morning, so we decided to find a hotel room last minute. Despite the phones ringing off the hook, Shawanda at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. We were so exhausted and stressed out, but she reassured us that everything would work out. She put us in a great room where we were able to get a good night’s sleep. She was still there the next morning and greeted us as we departed for our early morning flight. While the room was great, it was Shawanda that made our stay exceptional. I’m so thankful for her hospitality. She’s truly a gem!
