You would think paying a good amount of money for a nightly stay $25/night for parking would give you a good hotel room especially under the Sheraton name… until you walk into a dirty room with a bed with a dent in the middle of the mattress so deep that the corners of the bed is lifted off the bed frame and laying on the bed your body sinks down, and the bathroom sink drain cover was broken . No room at a hotel should ever be given in this condition. The only good thing was the views but that’s it.

We didn’t like the parking. I can’t believe we have to pay an additional $25 on top of an over $300 a night room bill. The windows on the eighth floor were compromised during the hurricane, woke up in the morning to wet carpet throughout the room. I realize it was a natural disaster, but there was no compensation for that. We were squishing when we walked around the room.

I would never stay here again for multiple reasons!! I wish they would let me post pics of our beautiful view (not)!! So it look like we are on the roof of a prison with active work going on right outside the window. I picked this hotel specifically for the views and got stuck with this view on the second floor 😡 you should see it, really. The usb charging ports in the room do not work. We could not charge any electronics. The exhaust fan is broken in the bathroom which turned into an un breathable sweat room within minutes of a shower. My wife almost fell in the shower due to a leaking shampoo bottle the is mounted on the wall, running down into the tub. The website boasts about the rooftop bar area which is actually not even in this hotel, but the attached hotel. Do yourself the favor of staying elsewhere!!
